Resilience is critical to our success in work and life. Enabling the body, heart, mind or spirit to function at optimal levels is the goal of the workshop. Participants get involved in the workshop by doing exercises individually, in small and larger groups. The workshop helps participants assess where their strengths and development areas are in managing their resilience and energy.
In a world of non-stop change and increased competition, we need to plan to ensure our resilience is at its highest. Through a combination of exercises, group interaction and action planning the participant’s ability to respond and cope well with work and life is enhanced.
